Do I need to install anything?

Yes — Bizia is a native Android app. While we're onboarding directly ahead of our Play Store listing, we'll walk you through installing it on your and your staff's phones. After that, it's just sign in and go.

Can more than one person use it?

Yes, and it's built for it. Staff join with your shop's code, you approve them and assign a role — Admin, CEO, Manager, or Assistant — and every device stays in sync in real time.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Every shop's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, not just hidden in the app — so it can't be exposed even by a compromised device, and one shop can never see another's data.
